Refunds, Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations Policy

Because our products are made to order specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Buyer's remorse

• Ordering the wrong size or color

• Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they have entered production. Once production has begun, we are unable to cancel or modify your order because it is being custom made for you.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want you to love what you receive! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing hello@wireduniquelydesigns.com. To help us resolve your request as quickly as possible, please include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and its packaging

We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
